Orders under $10,000 (including samples): 100% advance payment via T/T or Western Union and Paypal before production.
Orders over $10,000: T/T 30% deposit to start production; 70% balance due before shipment.

Most of our LED light fixture drivers are available with TUV, UL, ETL, CE, RoHS, ENEC, CB, FCC, SAA, BIS certificates for options as per your market requirement.

We carry damp rated and wet rated fixtures. Damp rated IP54 is ideal for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas. Wet rated IP65 is required when the fixture can be directly exposed to water. The rating is listed in the product specs.

Our recessed lights work in drywall ceilings, and many models also work in wood, MDF, and drop ceilings. For concrete ceilings, you will need a pre-installed sleeve or a surface option. If you share your ceiling type and thickness, we will recommend the right model.

Yes. All of our fixtures include the correct driver or transformer. For projects with centralized drivers, we can supply fixture only options.

Yes, we fully support SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) and CKD (Completely Knocked Down) formats to help you reduce import tariffs, lower shipping costs, and optimize local assembly.

Yes. Our drivers are selected to minimize flicker and provide stable dimming. Flicker performance can still depend on dimmer compatibility, so if you notice flicker, contact us and we will help troubleshoot or recommend a different driver or dimmer.
